I invented this blog for an English class assignment but I am also hoping that it will give me some motivation for my 1# week fitness challenge I have started. Today is actually my first day of my 13 week challenge and so far so good! This challenge is to help me lose some weight, gain muscle, and eat right but, also help me gain healthy habits. My habits now are horrible. I eat out at least 2 times a day, and only drink soda. I used to weigh a light 120 and although I'm sad to say I am not going to tell you what I weigh now , it is not a light 120. I have a long journey ahead but I know if I can get through the 3 week hump my life will be easier in so many ways.
MY RULES:
I can only eat 1200 calories. It doesn't matter if it is 1200 calories all in chocolate and junk food or soda. I believe that after awhile I will get tired of being hungry and I will find foods that have less calories and keep me full longer.
I must exercise at least 4 days a week for 60 minutes.
And because I work at a daycare my rule for that is that I must go the extra mile and run and play with them instead of just standing/sitting and watching.
